Living the extraordinary Gospel of Jesus Christ requires that ordinary people be born again. Ordinary sinners are given an extraordinary new life in Jesus Christ. We are saved by faith, through grace by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. This transformation results in repentance of from previous patterns of rebellion against God, and is marked by belief in the life, ministry, atoning death and resurrection of the lord Jesus Christ.

Living the extraordinary Gospel of Jesus Christ necessitates fellowship with a community of believers. This means joining a healthy, bible believing local church. This also means attending worship services regularly, participating vigorously in the life of the church while contributing generously to the maintenance of the church. Most importantly this means investing deeply in godly, loving, intimate and transparent relationships within the church.

Living the extraordinary gospel that saved us requires a deep commitment to growing in the image of our savior. Discipleship is becoming the person we would be if we were Christ. As Christians we are new creations, our old lives have been crucified with Christ and we are to live out our new lives in imitation of our lord who saved us. This change effects every part of our lives, including our families, our jobs and our relationship to the people around us.
